You can delete your Forsaken Kingdoms account and all the data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
In the game (fastest)
Open Forsaken Kingdoms and go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm.
Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period. If you change your mind, simply sign in again during those 30 days and the deletion is cancelled, nothing is lost. After 30 days the account is permanently erased.
By email
If you can't reach the in-app option, you've lost the device, or you can no longer sign in, email altairsky@forsakenkingdoms.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address linked to the account.
Tell us your player name and the platform you played on (Android or iOS). We will confirm and complete the deletion, and we will reply within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is permanently erased: your kingdom and all progress, your gold, Styx, Crystals and Flux balances, your buildings, gear, pets and items, your creed membership, your alliances, your profile wall, your linked Google account or Forsaken ID and the email address stored with it, and your notification history. Your player name is released so another player can use it.
What is kept, and why
Two things do not disappear when your account does, and you should know about both before you delete.
Messages you sent to other players remain in those players' inboxes and in creed chat history. We cannot recall a message that has already been delivered to someone else.
Records of purchases are retained for up to eight years because tax and accounting law requires it. These are held separately from any live account and are not used to identify you as a player. They contain the transaction, not your gameplay.
This cannot be undone
Once the 30-day grace period has passed, the account is gone and we cannot restore it , not with a receipt, not with a screenshot, not by any other means. Any unspent Styx, Crystals or other currency is forfeited and is not refundable. If you only want a break from the game, uninstalling is enough; your kingdom will be waiting.
